About Me

Emily, a local to the area, was born and raised along with her two siblings on a farm just outside of Ripley. From an early age growing up on the farm she learned the importance of hard work. She currently resides with her husband, Kyle Ferris just South of Kincardine in a small community. Emily went to Public School in Ripley at RHCS and attended High School in Kincardine at KDSS. From there she completed her Project Management Certificate with Fanshawe College followed by attending OREA College where she then became a Sales Representative in April of 2016 at RE/MAX Land Exchange in Kincardine. She soon after achieved her Brokers designation in November of 2018. 

Since becoming a realtor, Emily has completed real estate transactions of many types. These include single family residential, multi residential, condominium, commercial, farm land and vacant lots. Her primary area of service is Kincardine, Ripley, Point Clark, Amberly, Lucknow, Inverhuron, Tiverton, Port Elgin, Paisley and every where else in between. Emily prides herself in treating others how she would like to be treated, providing a high level of communication and support before, during and after the transaction.

Emily has earned individual Remax Sales Awards yearly. She was featured in the 2018 “Young Guns” article in the Canada-wide Real Estate Professional publication. In 2019 she was recognized in the 30 under 30 category of RE/MAX realtors for Ontario Atlantic. In 2020 she earned her RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award. Emily is an active member of the local community, specifically the Big Brothers and Big Sisters organization where she has mentored a young girl since early 2018. Her “little” is always happy when she gets to participate in putting up and removing real estate signs during their travels! Emily also volunteered in sitting as a director on the Ripley Agriculture Society Committee in 2021, helping plan and coordinate the yearly Fall Fair and fundraisers for the community.
